Shipping policy

Once a product is shipped and “delivered” envylashes is no longer reliable for stolen or lost packages. Please contact the delivery carrier for further questions and concerns. 

We are unable to offer exchanges for any stolen or lost packages. 

International orders: we are not liable for any custom duty taxes or fees once your package has been handed off to the delivery services. 

We will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer please double check your address before ordering. 

Refused or unclaimed international orders will NOT be refunded. 

Shipping times - Orders will arrive within 5-8 business days upon shipment. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing time.
