Shipping policy
Processing & shipping Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and an additional 5–8 business days for domestic delivery. Shipping times may vary during holidays, sales, and product launches.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Lost or stolen packages If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team for assistance. Envy Lashes is not responsible for packages confirmed as stolen after delivery. Claims will be reviewed individually.
Incorrect shipping addresses Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed. Additional shipping costs due to incorrect addresses may be the customer’s responsibility.
International orders International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees unless otherwise stated at checkout. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
Refused or unclaimed packages may be subject to shipping and return fees. Eligible refunds will be reviewed once the package is returned.
