Return & exchange policy
At Envy Lashes, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. Due to the professional and hygienic nature of our products, certain return restrictions apply.
Returns & exchanges We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used lash products, adhesives, and other hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review the situation and work to make it right.
Order changes & cancellations We begin processing orders quickly to get your products to you as soon as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has entered fulfillment, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.
Shipping & return costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on eligible returns. If we made an error or your item arrived defective, we’ll cover the cost of making it right.
Incorrect shipping addresses Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase. Envy Lashes is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
