Due to the hygienic nature of lash products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with an issue, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
We will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer so please be careful.
We are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.
It is the customers responsibility to cover the associated costs for shipping and return labels.
