Lost or Damaged Items
While we do not accept returns, we are happy to offer replacements in the following cases:
• Lost packages: One-time replacement will be issued if a package is confirmed lost in transit.
• Damaged items: Replacements will be provided for any items that arrive damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
Replacements are subject to review and verification.
